ReciproCoach provides a platform for coaches around the world to engage in reciprocal peer coaching (also known as co-coaching), mentoring and supervision. The program utilises the power of experiential and social learning to deliver deep, meaningful and long-lasting professional and personal development.
ReciproCoach lives and breathes Friere’s philosophy that those who teach learn in the act of teaching, and those who learn, teach in the act of learning. ReciproCoaches enrich their professional practice not only by being coached, mentored and supervised, but also and perhaps even more so, by coaching, mentoring and supervising other coaches in our community.
ReciproCoach is a community of professional practice that taps into the collaborative potential of the coaching world to ensure that every coach has access to coaching, mentoring and supervision, the three cornerstones of professional practice.
